RV - SUPER SLEEPER FIRM combines breathable bamboo fabric, high-density extra-firm foam, and individually wrapped pocket coils for lasting RV support.

Layer Breakdown:

1. Bamboo Cover with Quilted Comfort Foam
The breathable bamboo cover is quilted with 1” of comfort foam on each side, adding light cushioning while preserving the firm feel.
Technical specification: 28 ILD.

2. High-Density Extra-Firm Foam
A 1” extra-firm foam layer on each side provides maximum stability and helps limit excessive sinking.
Technical specification: 2 lb/ft³ density, 60 ILD.

3. Firm Internal Support Foam
A ¾” support foam layer on each side adds firmness, structure, and stability.
Technical specification: 1.50 lb/ft³ density, 41 ILD.

4. Protective Fibre Pads
Durable fibre pads on both sides help protect the foam layers from the pocket coil system.

5. Stabilizing Non-Woven Fabric
Non-woven backing secured to both sides helps hold the internal mattress construction in place.

6. Individually Wrapped Pocket Coils
Six-turn pocket coils made with 2.0 mm steel wire respond independently, providing contouring support and reduced motion transfer. Coil count varies according to the selected RV or custom mattress dimensions.

7. Triple Edge Guard System
The reinforced perimeter combines two outer rows of stronger 2.2 mm edge coils, a full 4.8 mm steel border rod, and dual edge guards for edge-to-edge stability.
