Comfort Adjustment Guarantee

At Sleepwell Bedding, we do not offer returns or refunds once a mattress or bedding product has been delivered. However, your comfort is our priority.

If your new mattress feels too soft or too firm, we offer a one-time comfort adjustment free of charge within 30 days of purchase.

How it works:

Bring your mattress (clean and dry) to our Winnipeg shop.

Our production team will adjust the comfort level while preserving the mattress structure.

One free adjustment per mattress purchase.

Pickup and delivery service is available for an additional fee, if required.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your mattress or bedding is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our mattresses and bedding are custom-made and hygienic products, we cannot accept returns or process refunds. This also applies to:
