Comfort Adjustment Guarantee

Too Firm or Too Soft? We Can Help.

A new mattress can take time to adjust to. Please sleep on it for at least two weeks before deciding whether the comfort needs to be changed. Eligible requests must be made within 30 days of delivery or pickup.

This is a comfort adjustment—not a return, exchange, refund, or replacement mattress.

Comfort Adjustment Eligibility and Conditions

Which mattresses are eligible?

The guarantee applies only to eligible mattresses purchased directly from Sleepwell Bedding by the original purchaser. It is not transferable and does not apply to second-hand, previously owned, resold, or transferred mattresses. Eligible models include Sleepwell innerspring and pocket-coil mattresses, Brooklyn Standard, and Brooklyn Luxe. Available adjustments depend on the mattress model, materials, and construction.

When can I request an adjustment?

Please sleep on the mattress for at least two weeks before requesting an adjustment. The request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery or pickup.

How many adjustments are included?

One complimentary comfort adjustment is available per eligible mattress purchase. Additional comfort changes are not included under the guarantee.

What condition must the mattress be in?

The mattress must be clean, dry, stain-free, odour-free, and sanitary. Wet, stained, damaged, or unsanitary mattresses cannot be accepted for inspection or adjustment.

Do I need my receipt?

How do I bring the mattress in?

You may bring the mattress to our Winnipeg facility, or ask about pickup and return delivery for an additional fee. The mattress must be clean, dry, and sanitary.

What changes can be made?

Depending on the mattress construction, materials may be adjusted to create a firmer or softer feel. Available options vary by mattress model and will be confirmed after inspection.

Is this a return or exchange?

No. The Comfort Adjustment Guarantee does not provide a refund, return, exchange, or replacement mattress. It provides one approved adjustment to the original mattress.

What if the mattress has a manufacturing defect?

Manufacturing defects, such as broken springs, open stitching, or unusual squeaking, are reviewed separately under the applicable mattress warranty.
