What comes to mind when you think of yoga? We think of the benefits yoga can have to both our bodies and our minds. We know what you're thinking...well, duh, yoga is great, but who has time for that? Challenge accepted. We've partnered with Winnipeg yoga instructors to create a simple 15-20 mins at home yoga series that can be incorporated into your day first thing in the morning, or as apart of your night routine before bed. Start or end your day with a great stretch to help you sleep even better. All you need is a yoga mat and comfortable clothing. We suggest going through the images and writing down the poses on a notebook. This will make it easy to follow and you'll have a reference if you want to repeat the series at a later date!
